In keeping with the intimate, artistic atmosphere of Faena New York, and to preserve the privacy and comfort of our guests, photography, videography, and audio recording are not permitted within La Boca and The Living Room.
This policy includes, but is not limited to:
Taking photos or recordings of guests or team members
Social media filming, live streaming, or content creation
Use of professional or commercial equipment, including cameras, lighting, tripods or stands, or recording devices
Our team is happy to assist with any questions. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us maintain the experience and ambiance of our spaces.

To ensure a seamless experience for all guests, Casa Brasa kindly requests that any changes or cancellations to reservations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
All reservations include a 15-minute grace period. Should you arrive later than 15 minutes past your reservation time without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show.
In the event of a no-show, a fee of $50 per guest will be applied to the card on file.
